19. The Two Gladys Kravitzes

The character Gladys Kravitz, a nosy and noisy neighbor of Samantha and Darrin’s, was played by two actresses. The first was played by Alice Pearce, who won a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Comedy (phew…) for her role. Sadly, Pearce had developed ovarian cancer and died in 1966, three months before her posthumous Emmy win. ABC replaced Pearce with Sandra Gould.
